However, there are problem in the undergraduate legal education itself make the shortcoming more and more outstanding. The legal educationists discuss the countermeasures one after another that are just aimed at the emerged specific issues just like "treating the head when the headaches, treating the foot when the foot hurts", which is lack of deep analysis of the reasons under the questions. First, the paper revealed the issues on the undergraduate legal education by describing the current situation of the undergraduate legal education.
